thurs nite dinner with diablo and crew
 

so off to dinner in palo alto with the boys. had sucker, gog, eric, diablo, boris, and even tommy angelo sit with me at dinner. ate at a great italian restaruant sucker picked out and boy he is my favorite guide nowadas.
pasta, veal and all the fixins including testerosa wine flowed all night long. lots of poker talk but most about young girls. oh well.

later more drinks and the city guys went off to bed.

fwiw el diablo has lost a ton of weight and is in good shape. i suspect even i might have trouble taking him out in less than a minute. good job diablo.

fri. four of us should be found at the lucky chances no limit game. stop by and say hello.

Hopefully the rumors of a comeback to take on Fedor are true, but I'll leave that to the man to confirm.

Great seeing you as usual! Was like an added bonus to not only hear a ton of great stories, but also finally get some worthwhile tips about picking up chicks.

I'm guessing Fedor is me. I was out of commission temporarily as in late November I stepped in the ring with a former Carribean Kick Boxing champ for some sparring and he caught me with a left hook to my right ear that punctured my eardrum. It was like getting your ears boxed big time and that whole side of my head rang like the hunchback's bell.

I kept that ear free of water for a month and took no more blows to the head. Everything is fine now and I go back in the ring tomorrow night.

I am prepared to take on El D anytime. I always enjoy a good laugh.
