I'd raise the turn for sure. An 8 brings the obvious straight draw and he's probably going broke with it. If he doesn't have the straight and is donkey enough to raise with a set/two pair/one pair, he'll go broke anyway. Depending on stacks I shove turn... at the very least put in a hefty raise.

The river sucks. If you raise and get pushed into, you probably have to fold without a read.

Converter didn't include stacksizes. Effective stacks are $200.

Raising the turn: Don't you think this is a flush too often for a raise?
