I copy and paste HH into converter box and click submit. The sample looks similar to other posts here but when I paste to this forum it comes out like the original HH. Any suggestions? I'm not computer literate so any replies in simple English please.

go down to the settings below and make sure it's formatting for 2+2 in the list of sites. Then make sure that you copy the code from the box above where your hand is displayed on the site, and that you don't just copy out the hand from the box where it says "your hand will look something like this" or something similar.
