Kramer from Seinfeld
 

I've watched a couple of seasons now and he is one of the most unfunny sitcom characters I've ever seen, no exaggerating. Was he generally considered funny. He just seems to waltz in with a stupid haircut, make ridiculous body movements, and say crazy things. I smiled one time with/at him in 40 odd episodes. Also, why does the audience always cheer wildly when he first enters an episode, whereas they don't do the same for Elaine (decent character) and George (very funny)?

i thought he was a pretty funny character, and jerry played off of his stupid stunts pretty well.

you can make an argument that the other charcters are better than Kramer, but saying that he isnt a good character makes you part of a very small group

what is his recent work? i love kramer, one of the best compliments i've been paid is that i'm "like a mix of larry david and kramer"
