Who is the father of Anna Nicole's child Dannielynn? I took Larry Birkhead for -110.

Larry Birkhead got a court order demanding a DNA test and he is all over the place screaming it is his child. Anna moved out of the Country to the Bahamas with her boyfriend Stern, who she claims is the father. They have fought the test and they have not yet complied with the court order.

This seems like an easy bet for Birkhead as the odds are at least 75% that he is the father. If he isnt, why is he screaming and getting court orders? If the test reveals he is not the father he will be a laughing stock. Also, if he is not the father it would take Anna and Stern 2 seconds to prove with a simple non-invasive test. Why are they fighting this instead of taking the path of least resistance?

I think there is a good chance this bet is ruled no action because Anna Nicole will refuse the test.

That was already confirmed when I bet on Keith Urban's alcoholism. I won betting that his ass would be back in rehab at +200 [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Hi Utah,

You may be right about it likely going to no action, but I think that would only be because the legal processes take too long. From what I understand after hearing some legal experts discuss this on TV is that there is almost no way that Anna Nicole can get out of this. The courts will eventually force her to be tested as Birkhead has the right to know if it's his kid.

I agree with you that Birkhead seems very likely to be the father. After evaluating all the elements of this story, my guess is more like 95% chance he's the father.

I am more convinced that this is a free roll as the only 2 options are no action and a win. Of course, ya never know until the test comes back [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
