TP on a drawy board

Unknown again.

Party Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.05/$0.10

Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $48.39
UTG+1: $11.85
UTG+2: $2
MP1: $3.30
MP2: $10.05
MP3: $1.85
CO: $9.90
Button: $4.60
SB: $7.45
Hero: $16.30

Pre-flop: (10 players) Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG calls, UTG+1, folds, UTG+2 (poster) checks, 5 folds, SB calls, Hero raises to $0.7, 2 folds, SB calls.

Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($1.6, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.15, SB calls.

Insta calls so I conclude a draw.

Turn: 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($3.9, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2.5, SB calls.

I bet too small again here.

River: J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($8.9, 2 players)
SB is all-in $3.1 Hero ???

I suppose we are beat here even though hes a shortstack? I now look at it I should have shoved turn.

1) why are you raising KTo from the BB? check that! your hand has to be INCREDIBLY strong to raise there, because everybody gets another chance to repop you.

you are calling 3 to win 12. you have to call IMO in the rare chance he is bluffing at a missed FD. but i dont expect to really win this much more often than 1/4 of the time (all we need)

There was no raise. So KT is incredibly strong if raised enough

yea shove turn, especially if you read he has a combo draw that you dont want him to hit.. as for river.. gotta call with 4:1 odds.

There will be no OOP if everyone folds. And against all sorts of crap that people are limping in with, KT is decent.

Re: TP on a drawy board

Please, the hand I chose to raise with is not the issue. I was just as likely to raise with 65s as 22 as KT in this situation if I felt like I could get away with this or go HU. If you only raise with premium hands from BB this sux.
