Anyone know if you could play on Party poker using a proxy server and get away with it, as long as you had a mailing address outside the US?

The answer is, that you might be able to get away with it... but if you are caught, Party is going to confiscate your funds! You should also realize that Party has access to your actual IP address thru their software installed on your computer... so a proxy may not be enough to hide your true identity.
