nl $50. Awkward spot with JJ

This is UTG+1's first hand at the table. BB is a solid tag. Something like 18/11 over a decent sample size.

Thoughts? I felt committed to call BB's shove after investing so much.

Just call the first time around. That way you can escape if someone wakes up with a hand behind you.

As played fold.

Re: nl $50. Awkward spot with JJ

i thought about just calling for awhile, but then I figured that by calling I set myself up to be squeezed by a hand like 99 or AQ/AK. So if I did just call and he pushed, I would probably still call anyway, is this wrong? This spot doesnt come up often in ring games, maybe I'm thinking thinking about it as if it were a tourney.
