Is the website actually live now, because there was talk that it's been delayed and possibly eventually postponed due to the Internet gambling legislation.

When Daniel Negreanu mentioned the PPL in one his of blogs back a few months ago, a cracking team went on a mission to discover the PPL website. It was found within minutes and cracked. We have captured screen shots from the majority of the site. The site showed descriptions of teams but when the draft was done these did not match. The artist impression of the proposed arena do look spectacular with Hewlett Packard and Coca-Cola sponsoring and seating either side with large screens. Like I said, we got most the site on jpg images and the text from the site into notepad files. Amusing to think that something which was apparently very hush-hush had very weak security whilst in development. I believe it has been pushed back to April but things change so quickly you never know how things will develop.

turning poker from an individual game played for money like now, into a team sport played for sponsorship cash/prizes like the NFL/NBA etc

last i heard it was to be shown on some TV channel Ive never heard of. Doubt it goes very far.

Me too. Maybe it was "pushed back" (into never) because of the Internet legislation. With fewer home gamers, fewer viewers of these new "throw it at the wall and see what sticks" shows.
