Advice on raising hands

I'm new to Omaha and need some advice on which hands to raise, because my PF Raise value is too low (3.3 %).

Say I am on the button in a loose-passive game, and there are two limpers. Of course I would raise double suited aces or JT98 ds, but how about these hands:

a) QcQhJh9s
b) TT88 ds
c) KsKd7d6c
d) JcTs9h8s
e) 8877ds
f) QJT7ds
g) 8764ds

Some general guidelines?
Thx.

But if your stack is really short maybe just limping the lower connected hands is better.
