I'd reraise preflop against that minraise. If you're rereraised, you can probably fold.

Against a short stack, getting all in with TPTK seems fine to me. With a read I maybe fold to the flop checkraise. Only thing is I'd raise him all in on the turn. Anything that beats you is going to put you all in before showdown anyhow, and might as well charge a pair + gutshot.

If you re-raise that bet, you'd pretty much be putting UTG all-in ... so I'd say flop is probably push or fold. That is a nasty flop, J10, QK, 99, QQ, KK are all possible hands for a UTG min-raise at this level.

I rrx to isolate UTg preflop and call a push by him if he does that.

AS played I probably just shove once HU vs UTG on the flop to the chkraise - I'm not sure were ahead(maybe QQ+ or random junk) but given stack sizes (esp. if rrz pflop) I wouldn't fold TPTK here where pot ~ villans remaining stack on the flop after chkraise.

Your goal should be to get it all in preflop here. 100% of the time.

reraise to 2.25-2.50 preflop after his gay min raise, ya he folds his [censored], but he also pushes A7o and other garbage like that alot, and you DEF want to get it all in. he's to short to a) try to play a cute pot and/or b) try to fold ur monster hand. RAISE ALL IN

Preflop is fine. People saying raise it...no...Begginers tend to overvaue AK. Its just a one pair hand. I have read phil gordons green book and he talked about how his stomach twisted when he missed flop with AK. Dont put yourself in that position.

AS played looks like your facing a set of queens. So either fold river are consider letting it go on the flop.

AK is ahead of like, anyone's minraise range in $25nl, so raise that [censored] up. Also, since guys at $25nl tend to call 3 bets pretty loose you can take it down on the flop most of the time by cbetting. Crappy spot postflop but with the price you're getting you don't have much choice.

3-bet preflop all day and shove flop over his minraise.
