I guess everyone will tell me to raise 3rd.

On 5th I was going for a checkraise to drive out the other low, but then he was the one who bet - wtf?

On the river I figure there is no way seat 5 will pass up a bet when I check to him if he made a 6 low. Am I okay to jam after he checks behind (and subsequently cold calls 2 bets), given the small risk that seat 7 could scoop with perfect hole cards?

I think we can safely assume that Seat 7 has a flush, or at least a high hand of some sort. Since every low club is out, he's not scooping.

yes, you have a live wheel draw with great door card, complete the bet.

jamming 6th is a reasonable play with a very good low and a board lock on that street. since you're playing for 1/2 the pot, you could slow down also. I personally jam 6th and flat call the river, because you want to jam another player who might be still drawing and won't put in a nickel later.
