i notice that amazon.ca (canada) says that kill phil ships in 24 hours... this is obviously new, anyone taken advantage of this.

i intend to buy kill phil and ciaffone MLP and the order comes to $38.61 (free shipping on $39). any thoughts as to anything really cheap that i can buy to get over limit (i have matt maroon already)

i have the top 6-7 twoplustwo books already.

I'd recommend How Good is Your Limit Holdem AND King Yoa's Weighing the Odds, or Gordon's Little Green Book.

My copy of Kill Phil arrived from Amazon today. When I placed my inital order they stated the book was back ordered and would be 2 months.

am actually thinking psychology of P, matros? or second copy of miller (for trips, and i misplace it alot anyway)

anyone have any suggestions as to really cheap categories on amazon... doesn't have to be poker and/or books. looking to just get to free shipping and then i get some small item basically for free. (you know what i mean, that didn't make total sense)

If the book doesn't have to be poker related I would order the paper version of Carnage and Culture by Victor Davis Hanson. Or why not just order a cd or dvd?

Ya I used to have a few items at staples that cost 2 cents that I would order to bump it up for the free shipping.
