What to do with money stuck at Paypal?

I don't have an US bank account so I'm not sure how I'm going to be able to send to my broker(which is in the US). I don't want to spend it

Im not sure I understand. You have money in your Paypal account that you cannot cash out? Do you have a moneybookers account?

yes and yes. US citizens have an easy time because of US bank accounts can take paypal but foreigners dont
