Does absolute bonuses factor into poker tracker?
 

I didnt think so, but my poker tracker numbers dont match my account totals at absolute, unless the bonuses are factored in.

Otherwise, My numbers are off by the exact amount of the bonuses I have received,

Not sure whats going on, I've loaded eveyhand into PT, but didnt check my poker account totals for a few sessions, then realized its off.

Is there any simple mistake I could be making here?

Not sure what your doing,you might be missing some hands that came through in error or somehow didnt register.

Yeah, this may be true, but the amount is the same as the bonuses I should have gotten, absolute poker support sucks, two days no response

That is silly that its exactly same as bonus you have cleared,but its just chance.Btw,what exactly were you planning on asking AP in your email?And they will respond to your email,but ive found that weekends are the worst for responce times.

Bonuses don't show up in pokertracker.

Ok well i think i figured it out.

Its not the bonuses, I think there are 24 hands missing.

PT says I have 6560 but when I go to request HH from Absolute through email it says there are 6584 available for request.

Of course I try to request them but I only get sent 263 hands. I didnt think i could request that many hands obv., but it let me click like I could.

I guess they are lost forever.

Oh and the 263 hands I got sent, PT said 3 of them were play money hands. I guess there are formatting errors.
