Flop isn't terrible for you, I would also pot it. Would probably fold to the raise though unless villain is an aggressive pot-stealer...

I think raise or fold the flop, only raise though if you've noticed that he likes to get tricky. Calling puts you on the spot when a heart falls or the board pairs.

He's worried about the flush with that raise I'd guess so I like the call. Can't put him on 23 here so you seem to have low wrapped up with a pair of aces only so you're probably not getting the high I'd guess right? When the flush card/low hits I like you leading out repping the made flush/low and who knows maybe he'll fold and you'll scoop(unlikely though esp given odds to call here with pot size).
