FT $20 - How weak-tight is this?

Villain is 60/20/1.5 after 5 hands if that means anything (which it doesn't)

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t25/t50
8 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (8 players) Hero is BB with :7c :3h
2 folds, MP1 calls t50</font>, MP2 calls t50 </font>, 2 folds, SB calls t25 </font>, Hero checks.

Flop: :Ts :7h :5c (t200, 4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP1 checks, MP2 checks.

Turn: :6c (t200, 4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP1 checks, MP2 checks.

River: :3c (t200, 4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets t150</font>, MP1 folds, MP2 raises to t650</font>, SB folds, Hero folds.
Uncalled bets: t500 returned to MP2.

Results:
Final pot: t500

Not bad. There's a 4 card str8 out there, maybe a back door flush. I would rather check and maybe call, or make a 1/3 size pot bet and fold to any action.
