Dell coupons not working-is there anything I can do?

Hello-
I would like to buy a Dell Dimension desktop. I customized it so the total price would be over $999. I don't know why the coupon i'm using is not working.

The coupon say save 25% on selected dimension desktops over $999. Anyone know what's up?

I think some of these codes expire after a certain # of buyers use them.
