Fantasy Baseball question, should I contract myself?

Last year was the first year of a 14 team 5 X 5 keeper money league. I finished second to last mostly because I saw I wasn't going to make the money and traded a ton of veterans for minor league keepers and youger players.

I have the option of opting out next year and having my team contracted no cost to me. I would like to continue but not if I have no shot.

I get 8 keepers plus two that originated on my minor league roster.

I plan to keep:

C: Victor Martinez
1B: Jason Giambi
2B: Robinson Cano
SS: Miguel Tejada
OF: Corey Patterson

SP: Chien-Ming Wang
SP: Jose Contreras (I wish I had something better)
CL: Bobby Jenks

My two minor leaguers are:

SP: Jeremy Sowers
2B Dan Uggle

(Should I keep Jon Broxton instead of one of those 2?)

The rosters are C,1B,2B,SS,3B, CI,MI,4OF, UT
5SP,5RP and 5X5 socring.

My only promising keeper minor leaguers at this point are Hunter Pence, Rajai Davis and Adam Lind

Isn't think really dependent on who other people have taken off the market? If the 100 best players are all off the market. Yeah, you're dead.

If they have equally [censored] smatterings. You are fine.

Yeah, basically the top 140 are off the market give or take 25. A few teams might get contracted though and put a few more top players on the market.
