K high flush on flop, am I getting played here?

I'm generally a holdem player but last night the omaha game was just too juicy to give up. I may not be the greatest omaha player but my edge against 2 or 3 of the players at the table was huge. Alas, the principal villain in this hand was a very good and experienced omaha player.

Stacks,
hero 400 odd
villain 1000
all other villains have between 100 and 500

6 players limp to me in the SB with (Kh 7h Ac 6s), I complete and BB checks

Flop ($16) is monotone, all hearts (8 5 2 or something like that)

I check??? and its checked around to the button (who I don't give much credit to) who bets $10. I raise the pot???? and after all fold to my surprise, the CO reraises the pot. Button folds, and its on me making a decision essentialy for all my chips.

My line on the flop was that I'd check and see what was going on, and when the button bet I thought my K high flush was probably good. But the bet from CO really threw me. It seemed odd to me that he would check the flop like that with the nut flush against that many opponents.

Is this an easy fold or an easy call?

Easy fold...

Completely read dependent, and you still can't be 100% sure. Still, the way you played it, I think it's a fold.
The way you described CO, he could very well have the nut flush, but he may only have the nut blush.

I think the best play would have been to lead and hope to take down a small pot, fold to a raise.

You will usually win more and lose less by leading out. It's a pretty standard fold after that action without a very tight read on the CO.

I take it "nut blush" means a naked A hearts.
That's what I was thinking.

easy fold imo.
actually a good solid player WOULD play A2s, A3s A4s with something else in there especially when everyone limps.
and remember, in omaha when you think you are really good you may not be (in holdem there is a lot smaller chance of your king high flush to be beaten than in omaha).
one last observation, he may consider himself good with a high pair or something (even a set) and he saw weakness in you and reraised.

easy fold imo.

CO has the A hi flush about 90% of the time.

yeah, happens all the time in omaha, while in holdem you cannot laydown king high flush that often.
he may have had AxsKK or QQ or something like that and that is the little edge omaha gives you, the endless posibilities of flopping something good (especially if you said he was a good player)

Re: K high flush on flop, am I getting played here?

I did fold, like all have suggested. I guess the only thing that made me doubt was that after I'd folded he said he only had the ace and that he knew I couldn't call. Maybe he was messing with me, but I guess thats the power of having a naked ace.

Is this a play that you guys do often (ie making pot sized bets with just the relevant ace on a monotone board)?
