Studying In Europe

I had a meeting with my consoleur next week to discuss studying abroad. What are the coolest places to go in Europe? Best nightlife and coolest attractions are what im looking for. Anything but Amsterdam because my parents would never let me go there.

I'm going to Prague next semester.

I've heard only good things so far. Good clubs/pubs, cheap beer, good cultural opportunities.

Probably any major city will be fun.

Somewhere where you speak or desire to speak the local language? You will get so much more out of the experience that way.
