PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t400 with t25 antes (5 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

reads: villian is tight, doubled up w/ 78o after opening w/ it from mid position and getting all in on turn w/ mid pair. This confused me b/c he was so quiet all game, so it could have been a blind stealing gone bad, then good again.

WTF - he's tight yet opens MP w/ 87o and gets in w/ middle pair? Sorry - but he's just a donk now to me. And there is not a chance I fold AKo here, very very easy push.

This Villain could be me...(it was not me,since i dont play turbos:)...but thats exactly how i would play. I`d never shove with middle pair,but in general i loosen up very very much in the end of the tourney, since everybody plays uncredible tight.
Easiest Push...What are you afraid of?
Even against a rook this is an easy shove...Don`t give guys to much credit for beeing tight in late stages...

Well first off his style confused me, but villians huge raise in general is something ive seen a lot of times lately w/ 22-88, people just trying to protect the hell out um. My thoughts are that if he's announcing he has a small PP and i have no FE, why push w/ the worst end of a coinflip, especially when im chip leader. if villian was LAG this is obviously a push, but he only played one hand so far, so i was confused. i did end up pushing here but thought maybe it was too robotic of a play, or perhaps im just thinking too much in general.

If he has 22-88, he has AQ, AJ, AT, and KQ.

You pwn here. I really doubt you can give credit for just a mid pair here.
