I´m opening a Poker Room and Casino in Bogota, Colombia. We are thinking of naming it __________ Poker Room and Casino. Unfortunately, we're having trouble coming up with that first word. Just looking for something that sounds smooth and sophisticated. Spanish is not necessary, as English names are given instant respect here. $25 if we use your sugggestion.

How about Chance or Gold Rush or Universal or Hamptons or Berkshire or something better than the previous suggestions.

In my view, the casinos that sound smooth and sophisticated tend to have a name that doesn't give away that they are a casino (or have such brand recognition that they used to but nobody needs to mention it any more). So:

Oscar's

Cortez (well maybe not Cortez since he's a bad guy, but some sort of posh sounding surname, Delgado? I don't know what surnames are upper class in Colombia).

Victoria (everyone loves a fat German monarch, right?)

Crown (one of those easy to apply brands)

The Bogota Yacht Club (yes, I am aware Bogota isn't by the ocean. It's supposed to get people's attention because it's odd).

There are plenty of white people in Colombia. About 20% are "pure" European blood but have been in Colombia for generations.
