A Twist on the Abortion Debate - Cryonics
 

Cryonics is the freezing of clinically dead humans, whose tissues are still viable, in the hopes that one day they might be brought back to life.

So my question is, if you blow up an empty cryonics building containing only cryogenically frozen bodies, have you committed murder?
