By the time he 3-bets the flop, certainly looks like you're beat. Best case scenario he has two overs + hearts, in which case you are 50/50.

Situations like these (against a preflop re-raise), I think I c/c flop and then lead the turn, planning to fold to a raise. This way I collect a cb when I am ahead and keep the pot reasonable when I am behind.

The Doc

Edit: Just noticed he basically min-raises you at EVERY opportunity. You're definitely smoked.

there's not a single hand we're ahead of here... any mid pp hit a set and any other overpair has us beat

This looks gross.

Look what happened preflop. I'd probably peel flop and look to hit the nuts because I've got two tens I don't mind seeing another since he's never got an 8 here. Also, an 8 gives us a straight. Calling flop with 6 outs and him giving up on the turn if he's got AK often sounds like a good plan. Also, I think he's got AA-QQ here pretty often, but judging by his stats you should be able to stack him if you hit one of your 6 "outs."

The way you played it, YUCK.

Call the flop all raising does is bloat the pot when you have a marginal hand.

I don't like c/r the flop, but hen he 3bets you back just fold. Putting another raise is spew.
