I just continue with a bet on the turn here

FPS. Just bet, the BB isn't betting his A-hi hands here as often as it seems, maybe he has an overpair and is waiting to raise you.

Why would you think either of them has a 9? Bet/call

Edit: or bet/3-bet. I don't like cr. People will check through "overs" here.

are we expecting most hands to fold, but hoping some ace highs are calling down here?

not much going on with this board.

Are you looking to c/r here, or are you worried about trips, or hoping to induce a bluff? I prefer bet/call, c/c on the river[if I was in fact raised on the turn].

Re: I know you will bet.

If you are 'sure' that one of these two will bet at this pot, then I like it, and do it myself occasionally. Works best if the BB is the likely better, then you c/r them both and often get extra calls just out of interests sake . No one is folding a draw here so why not get 2 bets out of them?

Call down if 3 bet, I can't fold KK at 3/6 on this board.

But if you aren't 'sure' that someone will bet, this can lead to a lot of missed bets, so I'd say use it sparingly.

I was very sure that someone was betting this turn without the 9.

So you have a read of some sort that you didn't post? Because given your read, I don't think that you can be very sure at all.
