200NL 3 bet again...... just give up?
 

Me and villian have been going back and forth for a while, tangling a lott, he has been 3betting a good amount from the blinds recently. Hes playing pretty agressive, laggy, pre(45/25) and post. This is the first time he checked the flop after 3 betting. Should I just fold preflop? Do I just give up after he calls?
