fyi - got this today from PP (I think someone was asking about this but I can't find it)

There is a surprise waiting for you in your PartyPoker.com account.

Although the VIP promotion that you are taking part in doesn't end until October 14, 2006, we have decided to pay you early for your play through October 10, 2006.

Log on and check your account; the money is already there and waiting for you.

And don't worry, we aren't stopping the promotion early.

You will still be paid according to the original promotion. The money for your play from October 11 through 14, 2006 will be in your account shortly after the promotion ends.

Woohoo. I got the same email. They're giving us the money that they owe us three days earlier than scheduled.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that US players wont have the time to gamble this money if it was released on the date that it was supposed to.

Seems like they only gave me like 1/2 of mine and I still have about 1/2 my party points left.

yep, they definitely want me to give it back.

BTW - the last few days especially - PARTY IS RIGGED!

I can't count the number of horrible beats I've taken in the past week!

yes, this was a not-so-cleverly designed "bad beat post"

I don't follow this stuff that closely, but I don't think that's it. They've been promising me like $500 bucks on Oct. 14 every time I log in and now they gave me $273 or something and I still have 19k points left.

Click real balance then transaction history. There should be a transaction dated sept. 19th and another Oct 11th. the 2 of those should equal the total in your pop up, which was never adjusted by party to reflect the money already paid.
