is anyone clearing the mansion poker bonus?
 

according to their site it goes something like this:


HOW TO EARN YOUR MATCH BONUS PLAYING POKER

Once you have deposited you qualify for your bonus, your bonus is then automatically released to your MANSION account in increments of GBP 5.50 (or currency equivalent) when you play poker at MANSION. As you play ring games and buy into tournaments you earn MANSION Club Points (MCPs). For every 60 MCPs earned, GBP 5.50 (or currency equivalent) of your bonus will be released as CASH into your MANSION account.




MANSION CLUB POINTS (MCPs)

For every 60 MCPs earned, USD 10 of your bonus will be released as CASH into your MANSION account.




i got a "promotion" transfer of $10.29 when i hit 60 points but nothing since. anyone else have this issue? or is anyone successfully clearing their bonus?

I am seeing the same. First two bonus releases were automatic, then they stopped. Mailed Customer Support and they manually added the next three releases to my account. But they're still not automatically releasing - I have two more releases I am waiting on, so will need to email C.S. again.
