What\'s up with UltimateBet?
 

The only way to contact them is through e-mail and theirs is has not been working for over a week now. A week of not having support is, to me, something unthinkable for a company like UB. Has this happened before or should one be concerned?

UB customer support has been known to be iffy when swamped.

Dude, they got Aruba on the mind and it's the lead-up. Shifted priority streams probably. Don't worry about it.

I'm not being paranoid here, it's probably nothing.

But maybe I wasn't clear when I posted. Their e-mail is dead. If you mail them you get your message returned. It's been a week now.

Huh. That's particularly odd. I wouldn't worry either. They're publicly traded and have accountability. Weird.

I sent them an email about two days ago and got a response within about 5 hours.

There are so many awesome things about it, so much upside but they don't seem to really try. Myself or your average 2p2er could turn a place like that into a palace but their management seems indifferent. Their store is the weakest ever.

Even duds from Aruba would please players, improve the store, and be free PR but they don't even try to put a t-shirt together for it.

Mine didn't get returned from yesterday although I have not heard back yet.

i had $20 stuck on a table from a crash several months ago. havent played there in ages. last night sent them an email informing them of the problem. this morning, problem fixed.

maybe it's better to email them then to talk on the phone with their heavy, outsourced, indian accents.
