I avoid making this a hot or not since I assume the results would heavily skew hot so I instead ask that you rate this individual's hotness on an ascending scale from 1 to 5. Of course you will have the option of saying not hot-I'm just trying to anticipate the results.

Plus a 10 always means the hottest in a poll. You have the worse options higher numbers, implying a 1 is hotter than a 5, wtf. The results will all messed up.
