Need old monitor to connect to my current computer

Ok, as the topic suggests I am trying to connect a monitor to my current computer. I am going to give you all of the info I possibly can to help you. If you need anything more, please let me know.

The monitor I am looking to connect has the following specs(I don't know if this info is useful or helpful):
Name: Gateway VX720
Graphics Processor: NVIDIA TNT2 Model 64
Bus Type: AGP
BIOS VERSION: 2.05.20.02.47
On Board Memory: 32MB
IRQ: 11
System Processor: Intel x86 Compatible with SSE2
Total Physical Memory: 130,316 KB

I am trying to connect that (the above one) to my current Windows XP computer. My current monitor on the computer is a SAMSUNG SyncMaster 174V.
Its chip type is an Intel 82865G Graphics Controller.
DAC Type: Internal
Mem ize; 64 MB
Monitor Type: Plug and Play monitor.

The first monitor that I talked about, which I want to add, has a blue connection to the back of its old tower. However, on the back of my current tower, I have no available big blue slots open to connect to the monitor. What do I do?

If there is anything else that you need to know that will help you solve my problem, please let me know and I will gladly supply you the information to the best of my knowledge.

Thanks,
Kevin

I don't get it. Are you trying to have a 2nd monitor? I must be missing something?
