Adapting to more passive preflop metagame

Recently I have been playing on the Crypto network quite a bit. The regular multitable TAGs there who dominate most of the tables are quite good postflop, and have reasonable preflop starting hand standards, but they limp a lot more than Party players. Whereas on Party the standard for decent regulars is pretty much between say 18/12 and 26/20, on Crypto the best regulars are more like 24/7, 23/11, 18/6, etc. I play a pretty typical 2+2 style normally, 23/16, very aggressive preflop/flop for deception, but very tight/careful deeper into the hand. How should I be adapting my game to these preflop conditions?

Pound them until they get fed up, then keep pounding them.

P.S. What is a Crypto? Is this the poker site that Dan Brown plays at?

It's a British group of sites, Interpoker/Sun Poker/William Hill/PokerPlex etc. Dan Brown, I dunno.

Should I try and play even laggier vs these types of players do you think? Like 35/25 or something?
