Either Gabe simply misspoke or there was a bad editing job done (or both - that mistake should have been caught). Given that the commentary is done AFTER editing, then the commentators are relying on the same card information we are.

I think he meant the best hand of the remaining players after Gus bet into the big field.

This is exactly what he meant, though I admit, it was confusing.
