($11) 1010 early on, correct to fold an overpair?

With a raise and a caller before the flop I wasn't sure it was correct to reraise with 10-10 so I figured I'd play for set/overpair value. Any comments on the pre-flop and post-flop play would be appreciated.

It was correct to reraise IMO. Remember, TT is the 5th best hand in poker... Heads Up. Every overcard out there drastically decreases its value. And at this level a minraise doesn't narrow an unknown's range too far. As played, I think it's close, but I'd push. MP1s checkraise looks alot like a flush draw.

This doesnt look like a flush draw AT ALL, he wouldnt 3 bet anything thats not AI on a flush draw, unless he is using the flush draw as a semibluff and trying to make it look like he has trips, but thats pretty weird and very unlikely IMHO
Id probably let this go

This is the 11s we're talking about, no need to overthink. Flush draw with 1 or 2 overs is at least a large chunk of villain's range.

Limp, call, cr is a pretty strong line a pair of tens probably isn't good.

If you haven't run into a set of 66's I'd be shocked!!

the wimp bet of $150 looks like two overcards to me.
but if the villian is putting money into a raise and reraise......I think your tens are beat.

Re: ($11) 1010 early on, correct to fold an overpair?

That's pretty much what I was thinking. The original bettor probably has something like KQ or AJ as is just trying to see a cheap turn. And when MP1 checks and then there's a bet and a raise in front of him and he min-re-raises, I gotta figure I'm beat by either 66 or an 8. A flush draw would be more likely to push than reraise the minimum, since he'd rather see me fold. His raise made it look like he wanted to trap me into calling, which is why I was pretty sure I was beat.

Anyone else reraising in this spot preflop? With QQ-AA I'm definitely reraising, probably JJ too, but with 1010 and down I'm usually just calling and trying to flop a cheap set/overpair. Does that sound about right?
