How much to sit in with?

What is the optimal buy-in for a limit game? Like x times the Big blind. Also, what are the bankrolling (?) requirements for limit?

50BB works for me.

what is with all these questions today? it doesn't matter how much you buy in for in a limit game as long as you have at least 12 big bets (24 times the big blind) at all times. if you are playing in a game with no cap in heads up pots, you should buy in for more. bankroll is generally 300BB for small stakes full ring, and 500BB for small stakes short handed.

I usually sit for 20, but reload if I lose a couple pots and drop below 15. I don't like to sit with too big of a stack or too small. I don't like to stand out.

I usually buy in for the default, unless it's way low. Party defaults to 25BB, full tilt seems to default to 10BB, so I bump it to 25BB. UB defaults tso 50BB as I recall. It's usually based off what absolution says, though, you want to blend in, and not have a weirdly high amount in front of you.

I buy-in for 9BB at 300/600 b/c that's all I have in my account.
