Stars Instant HH\'s disappear instantly

Hey Guys,

I'm having some trouble with the Instant HH window at Stars.
When I open it, it appears for just a second or 2 at most, and then closes. It's not even my turn to act on any table some of the time. Anyone familiar with this problem?

Do you have Poker Ace Hud open? If you do, check the PokerStars preferences.
