AA call/fold river push?

Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

6 Handed, NL200 on party
I have MP 53.1/13.4 with wtsd @ 23% and agg factor 2.2 through ~400 hands.

I figure with the pf raise he would have put me on a big hand, and i think he would have pushed more pf with KK or AA.

So do you still call the river?

SB ($204.05)
Hero ($246.85)
UTG ($74.45)
MP ($340.63)
CO ($45.50)
Button ($246)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
UTG calls $2, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $8</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $22</font>, UTG folds, MP calls $16.

Flop: ($51) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $15</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $30</font>, Hero calls $15.

Turn: ($111) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets $30</font>, Hero calls $30.

River: ($171) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP goes all-in</font>, Hero ($162.85 to call) ??
Pot: $330.85 in main pot

Would it make the hand grosser if I folded the river or called?
