Re: Interesting hand vs NMdynasty,

I think it's kinda sexy. Of course you are supposed to "protect" your hand here since you are likely to be ahead and he might still be drawing live. However if he also holds a strong hand like 2pair/set he wont like to check behind since there are soooo many ugly rivercards. So you take advantage of that and get all your money in while ahead.

He will probably check behind with the A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] with or without a pair, but if river is a heart and he wakes up big it should be easy to get away.

Btw, I wouldnt do this too often, but mixing it in occasionally should help you get some free cards when you need them and make you harder to read.

I was with Degen on the first read through. I couldn't figure out what the hell was going on. I agree that this line is perfectly fine to take against certain villains at certain times. The preflop call is questionable.

Oh, NM made in my opinion a worse call then me PF one by calling on the turn with K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
