Difficult situation in re-raised pot w/ QQ
 

Villain was pretty tough and a little over aggressive and running 21/15. I had just broken him twice at another table, one hand with KK against him checkraising me with 55 on a pretty blankish flop after calling my raise OOP, I then called down on turn and river. Other hand we went allin on a 679 flop with me having 89 and him having 88. I have been re-raising him a little on the light side and most of the time he has folded. One other time before this hand he called a PF re-raise from me and check raised just like this and I folded. Another hand he called a re-raise from me with 77 and he broke me when he hit his set on the flop, on the flop he just called my cbet with position. I have no idea why my cbet on this hand was so weak. Here is the hand in question:

smackin, this is super opponent specific. against the opponent you describe, I'd probably go ahead and push.
