Bet Fred Cashouts
 

anyone having problems with cashouts from BetFred? I completed the bonus on Thursday, I cashout requesting to be paid via my Neteller account. On Saturday when I checked the status, my money went into the sportsbook?????WTF. How did it go to the sportsbook if I clicked the neteller button on the withdrawl form.

They cleared up the transaction on Saturday and said it will take 48 hours. Now I checked today and they are saying 3-5 working days? Anyone else have these problems. I am not very happy with their site.

I'm surprised to read this, When I was there (~2 months ago) my experience was very good. Bonus credit took about 6 hours, cashout took a day. There was infact a problem cashing out, for some reason my cashout was reversed, but when I called betfred the guy on the phone was very nice and fixed it right then and there with me on the line, I refreshed neteller and there it was.

Hope it works out soon.

Edit: In-case you've been Emailing or live support chatting, try their phone number it's 1-800 780 9364 for US callers. That's how I got my cashout so quick.

Yes I have been talking to live support. I will try the phone number Tuesday morning if the transaction has not hit Neteller. I was not happy that today live support was quoting 3-5 days for it to hit neteller.

Call 'em now Dennisa. It wont hurt to try, and they are there 24/7.

They fixed my problem instantly no problem.

Ive cashed out a few times there over the last 6 - 9 months without a problem... until recently. They have been taking their sweet time just as you say. They told me it was due to the "large nature" of my cashout. Of course it was my second smallest, so we can call that a lie.

To sum up: I feel your pain. Still I got my money in the end and so will you.

Cashout finally received. Not happy with the amount of time it took.

I have cashed out twice and both times it took less than 24 hours.
