There's no law against minimizing an income tax liability if you're in the poker business. I know there was a book that came out late last year that professed to give tax tips for the professional poker player in order to take full advantage of deductions that were available. It might do the original poster some good to do a search there.

That's not what the thread was about. The poster wanted to discuss various ways to evade taxes, and that's not a topic we're going to allow on 2+2.
