What to do here? bad or good fold?

I didnt really know what to do here, part of me wanted to fold and other part wanted to continue but my friend (winning 10/20-15/30 player)said i should fold.

SB is 36/26/3.5 200 hands
MP is 31/21/2 100 hands
BB is 41/8/0.7 80 hands

The pot is gigantic even if you're facing 3. I don't think I can fold this with the backdoor draws.

The preflop action, followed by vigorous flop action makes it likely someone has JJ, QQ, or AA, so I think I agree with your friend.

I really should start to learn how to calculate equity in my head much better, because here id have to stove this to even begin to guess, but my gut says I agree with the above quote

OP, dont post the rest of the hand after the action you are making the post about, it taints the results.

since you can hit a K, T, or heart on the turn to be able to see a river, i would see the turn and then fold UI prb. (11 outs = ure fine to call i think)

If I decide to continue with this hand I think I am better of capping the flop. I guess it makes the information I get on the turn a bit easier to evaluate.
I have to admit that I am by no means sure how to play this hand properly.

Thx for the inputs, ok i wont post the whole hand next time.
Everything went wrong yesterday, every decision, had my worst session so far. But i think those backdoors makes it worth playing on and there is a slight chance i have the best hand actually. I think id cap it if i was having a good session. I know it sucks to let the results affect ur play.
