i dunno if this is the funniest, but it came to mind.

Lisa: Aunt Selma, this may be presumptuous, but have you ever considered artificial insemination?
Homer: I dunno, you gotta be pretty desperate to make it with a robot.

When the oil spill kills all the wildlife at the beach and Lisa is really upset and Homer goes "Aww, don't worry sweetie...there's plenty more oil where that came from!"
