HighStakesPoker Question
I'm I correct in this statement about HighStakesPoker?
Before the flop, if the player does not play the hand, they do not show the two hole cards...ever? |
Re: HighStakesPoker Question
THis is incorrect, but it does seem at times that maybe if the players know they are folding trash, they don't bother showing the cams.

Re: HighStakesPoker Question
Could I get a couple more "yes you are correct" I want to win a bet with someone. The only other proof would be to watch every show to see, and I did that.
Plus was there a reason stated for them not showing hands they didn't play? Thank you for the help. |
Re: HighStakesPoker Question
I think your statement is incorrect. Most times they do not show folded cards preflop, but I seem to recall seeing some cards that were folded, something like 78s or j7s that the announcers seemed to think was a close decision.

Re: HighStakesPoker Question
i am pretty sure if they limp and fold to a raise that they show the players hole cards so it seems like they do sometime show the holecards if they don't see the flop.
I am pretty sure if they just fold pf they dont show the cards, but if they limp/fold then they do. |

Re: HighStakesPoker Question
I'm pretty sure if there was a person contemplating calling a raise freflop who hadn't acted yet and ended up folding they show their cards.
