Unauthorized Neteller Deposit and Withdrawl
 

Hello 2+2ers - I was just wondering if anyone here had anything similar to this. I've called and then e-mail Neteller, and e-mail 24h Poker. Here's the jist of it:

Hello,

[The information below displays what I've contacted
Neteller with about two deposits that appear to have
gone to 24hpoker although I do not have an account
there and did not initiate these transfers. Perhaps
you may be able to help]

On May 1st at 7:30 a.m. EST I logged in to my computer
and e-mail to find that a deposit and subsequent
withdrawl have been made to and from my Neteller
account without my doing it. I called security and
they referred me to contact Public Relations, and
security closed my account. It is all these
transactions dated May 1st I am disputing:

May 01 07:10 24h Poker $515.20 - USD Declined
May 01 07:10 24h Poker $400.00 - USD Accepted
May 01 07:04 24h Poker $350.00 - USD Accepted
May 01 06:56 EFT InstaCash-9456 - $816.75 USD
Pending
May 01 06:56 Fee $66.75 - USD Pending

I have never used the 24h poker site - and I do not
have an account there. This e-mail address
(***@yahoo.com) is the one associated with my
Neteller account. I have never shared any of my
Neteller account information with anybody. Please
e-mail back or call me if quicker contact is required.

Also, just got a reply from 24h poker that they are contacting their payments department. My Neteller account is also closed now. I'm going to call my bank on the way to my first final of the week. Thoughts - ideas?

Do you have an account at any B2B site? When Depositing or withdrawing from a B2B site, it always reads "24hour poker" in the neteller Ledger.. I'm pretty sure this is what happened to you..

I should have mentioned, both done already. No wireless also.

I don't know if I've used any B2B sites:

I've used:
PartyPoker (not Neteller)
FullTilt
FullContact
DoylesRoom

I also have not made any deposits/withdrawls since the end of February except at PP, and that was direct deposit/withdrawl over 1 month ago.

I do not have an account at either of those websites.
If you are not able to refund my money, I will have to
have some more information, such as who got my money?
I will have to persue somebody to get my money back.
