wtf is going on on this river?

MP is Sethy, CO is unknown, and Button is like 80/5 over 15 hands

PokerStars $5/$10 Limit Hold'em - 6 players
Hand Converter Tool from DeucesCracked.com

CO posts a blind of $5

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG folds, MP raises, CO 3-bets, Button calls, SB folds, Hero caps!, MP calls, CO calls, Button calls.

Flop: (16.40 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero bets, MP calls, CO calls, Button calls.

Turn: (10.20 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero checks, MP bets, CO calls, Button calls, Hero calls.

River: (14.20 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero checks, MP checks, CO checks, Button bets, Hero

I feel more inclined to raise than to call or fold.

Why would you raise? Sethy will either fold or 3-bet and CO is a big underdog to have you beat. Call IMO

Edit to say that Sethy doesn't have a foldable K.

Why would sethy slow down on the river with a K?

Why are you checking this turn? I think it is a super easy bet. The K is fairly unlikely because nobody raised the flop. The 8 doesn't complete crap. It is a very draw heavy board and I wouldn't give free cards.

I would just call the river as you are more likely to induce calls from the players in between than to get an extra bet out of the button. Also, its cheaper.

I'd bet the turn. Don't know why you'd want to raise the river, you probably have the middle two beat.

Really? It felt the other way around to me at the time. I felt like there was a chance Sethy or CO had JJ/QQ, and I thought the button was FOS.

Would Sethy valuebet QQ on the river?

Interesting hand.

I think Sethy is the only one you have to worry about here, but since the Button is a fish, I wouldn't rule out a passively played King. But as Sharpie asked, if Sethy had a hand that beats you, why wouldn't he value bet that innocuous deuce? Maybe he's trying to buy outs with the AJ of hearts or something.

Tough spot to navigate.

Have to call the river.

I have no idea what he does with QQ here. I do know that he likes to induce bluffs on the river with marginal hands, so maybe this is one of those spots?

Another question to ask: Do you think Sethy or CO fold QQ if I raise this river? My raising the river makes zero sense with a hand that beats QQ, but yet...
