NL50, is this rivercall weak?

Im only starting out with 6max again, Im a little lost sometimes when it comes to ranging uNL donks. Villain was something like 60/10/2, no reads and no history.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (3 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

Button ($87.09)
Hero ($70.36)
BB ($79.82)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises to $2, BB calls $1.50.

Flop: ($4) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $3.25, BB calls $3.25.

Turn: ($10.50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $6.5, BB calls $6.50.

River: ($23.50) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $11.75, BB raises to $23.5, Hero calls $11.75

Final Pot: $70.50

Once he minraises that river, what range do you assign him?

Given stacksizes the only raise I can make is to put him AI. Would that be too reckless?

edit: oh but I was playing fairly loose and aggressive the entire time. I had been at the table for about 70 hands running at around 28/23.
edit2: but I dont recall how many of those hands villain was actually at the table with me so that info isnt too useful I guess.

i dont mind just the call, his line seems to be representing a monster or a bluff. though his perception of a monster could be a lower 2 pair like A2.

dude, it is pretty wet. i'd go as far as to say that thinking it's dry is a leak.

saying its "pretty wet" seems like an exaggeration. its not very dry but its not very wet either. all it really is is a club FD, and some of the suited hands have straight draws...not like most of his range is hitting/getting a draw here

Re: NL50, is this rivercall weak?

The turnbet I would usually make bigger, especially on that board (which is quite wet imo). Multitabling leak probably, Im thinking about dropping one anyway.

Flop however I think is standard and on the river Im not quite sure yet, but I think I like it (betsizing).

As far as the call on the river goes everyone agrees that its better than a shove?
