$16 TPTK vs flop threebet all in @ low blinds

How do you decide on this flop? Should I be reraising preflop? Does the fact that he called a minraise in the SB influence you?

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

UTG (t940)
Hero (t1500)
MP1 (t1480)
MP2 (t1680)
MP3 (t1470)
CO (t1430)
Button (t1420)
SB (t2100)
BB (t1480)

Preflop: Hero is in UTG+1 with Q A
UTG raises to t40, Hero calls t40, MP1 folds, MP2 calls t40, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB calls t30, BB calls t20

Flop: (t200) 4 4 Q (5 players)
SB bets t120, BB folds, UTG folds, Hero raises to t400, MP2 folds, SB raises to t2060 (All-in), Hero ?

It definitely feels like the SB has trips to me. I think flat pf is ok, but I might even fold it too. As played, even though we have like 1/3rd of our chips in, I can find a fold I think. If he 3bet with w/ a weaker hand than you, good for him. I don't think we can look him up.

I probably fold preflop to an UTG raise, even to min raise.
On the flop I probably call, but I do not really know whats best. He could have a random 4(SB) but he could also have a Q or a pair between 44 and QQ or maybe a draw, but you did not put the suits in the posts.

Preflop fold > call >> reraise.
I might not even raise this flop, if we are ahead villain likely has 2-3 outs, and I can let him hang himself with a weaker Q.

With the flop raise, I fold to the push.

I'd play flop the same and probably fold pf.

I see a large amount of players in the 11 sngs that min raise early on. I always put them as not a strong player because of this. Does anyone have a reason why you would just want to min raise?

preflop fold, but i think as played, id be calling, u didnt raise his bet much, u still have alot of FE and he assumebly knows that and is taking advantage, thinking he can make u fold a weak Q perhaps.

all of the hands I posted today were originally PMed to mattiesmat, then I copy/pasted them here, but the suits and the colors dont show up.

I stopped doing the suits on this hand because they didnt matter. My hand was unsuited and the flop was rainbow.
