you dont really need any reads. Easy fold on the turn. what do you beat besides king high? if you want to win this pot your only shot is raising the flop bet which is very reasonable considering the size of his bet. Calling the flop is very weak imo. its either a raise or a fold

That flop bet is so often a let-me-draw-cheap blocking bet. Raise it up.

I don't mind raising the flop to $4 and shutting down after that. Calling the flop is meh but probably not horrible, I would give up on the turn.
